DPOE names Patrick McGee as Field Supervisor

Jan. 10, 2013 - PRLog -- Des Plaines Office Equipment (DPOE), the Chicago area’s leading provider of office equipment solutions, announces that Patrick McGee of Joliet, IL has been named as a Field Supervisor/Color Specialist, operating from the company’s Elk Grove Village location.
In this team lead role, he will support the Service Department, provide training to technicians and serve as troubleshooter for escalated calls.
McGee brings 20 years of industry experience to his role at DPOE; prior to joining the company he was with Sharp Electronics for 15 years, most recently within the Quality Assurance division where he acted as liaison between dealers and factory engineers to identify quality issues and work toward resolution.  During his tenure with Sharp Electronics, McGee had the opportunity to travel to the company’s facility in Japan on six occasions to attend training on current color models.
McGee, who holds an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science, is originally from Minooka, and now makes his home in Joliet.  He is the father of two sons and in his spare time performs as a drummer with various area musicians.
