FREE Charity Boot Camp to Sweat out the Holiday Season

Jan. 10, 2013 - PRLog -- (VANCOUVER, Canada) – Kalev Fitness Solution (http://www.kalevfitness.com), located on Beatty and Pender, is hosting their second FREE Charity Boot Camp (http://www.facebook.com/events/106691739505022/) on Saturday January 12th after the sweeping success of their first Boot Camp on January 5th. Not only is this 45-minute, full-body workout a great way to kick-start 2013, all proceeds go to YouthCO, (http://www.youthco.org)  A youth-driven organization working with ages 15-29 living with or affected by HIV/AIDS and/or Hepatitis C.

The event will be held on Saturday, January 12th 2013 at 2pm. Participants will also receive a free smoothie, compliments of Body Energy Club (http://www.bodyenergyclub.com/)!

While the event is free, we do ask for a $5 donation for our friends at YouthCO (http://www.youthco.org) who support the youth of British Columbia struggling with HIV and Hep C
