FlexSystems is proud to introduce it's FlexOps program.
FlexSystems uses ruggedized, water-resistant PDA/Smartphone devices paired with FlexOps software for in field collection of data in water and wastewater facilities.
The PDA device features a large touch screen for interactive guided inspection assistance and comes preloaded with fully customizable standard operating procedures, built in bar code scanner, camera and long life battery. Data from inspections is downloaded through a docking station, WIFI or cellular connection and inspection reports are automatically sent via email to supervisors and integrated into popular operations, compliance, maintenance and LIMS software systems. FlexOps offers a suite of automated reports including daily activity, exception and work order requests.
FlexOps automation increases operation efficiency and quality by standardizing workflow, eliminating paper clutter and providing immediate access to data.
