Titan Bank Refinances Restaurant Building, San Antonio, Texas

Titan Bank, NA today announced the funding of a $475,000 loan to refinance Crumpets Restaurant & Bakery located in San Antonio, Texas

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 11, 2013 - Dallas, TX, January 11, 2013 – Titan Bank, NA today announced the funding of a $475,000 loan for the refinance of a +/- 3,200 square foot restaurant building on 1.4 acres and located in San Antonio, Texas.  Francois Maeder Chef/Owner has owned and operated Crumpets Restaurant & Bakery since 1982.  The restaurant has been at its present location since 1987.

Ben Deal, Titan Bank’s Vice President of Business Development comments, "Titan Bank provided the long term solution for the refinance of the restaurants conventional real estate loan.  Additionally, Titan Bank reviewed the operating company’s over all debt structure and added funds to the overall financing package which allowed the borrower to refinance additional notes that were at much higher rates of interest.  Titan Bank provided a single loan solution to the borrower, who in turn was able to lower the businesses overall monthly obligations by over $4,000/month!  The loan addressed all of Crumpets financial needs for years to come.”

To quote Francois Maeder, Chef/Owner of Crumpets…”I was very impressed how Ben Deal and Titan Bank coordinated their Business Development, Credit & Closing functions to allow me to close my loan in 20 working days from ‘Approval’.  Their communication throughout the entire process was exceptional, which kept us engaged and on schedule.  It is obvious Titan Bank has vast SBA experience and provides ‘better than market’ customer service to its clients.  I would recommend any small business operator looking to expand or improve cash flow to call and work with Titan Bank SBA Lending.”

The funding of this loan enables Titan to extend its lead in the SBA, USDA and small business lending sector.  As noted recently, Titan Bank received the US Government Small Business Administration’s Rising Star Award for the SBA’s Dallas Region.  The award is the latest recognition for Titan Bank, one of the few remaining chartered banks that focus primarily on loans to small companies.  Titan Bank intends to continue its expansion in this sector as it plans to double its lending staff in the next twelve months nationwide.
