Barron manages the day-to-day operations of six marketing specialists, meeting the internal and external marketing needs of 10 departments. He is responsible for overall marketing support of RETTEW’s corporate goals and business development efforts in key target markets, as well as directing, managing, and protecting the firm’s brand. Barron is also proactive in identifying new marketing initiatives and channels.

With more than 20 years in the field, Barron was previously with The Anderson Group, a marketing communications business in Sinking Spring. He served as Director of Client Relations, managing the account team and acting as a liaison between the agency and clients. He also has experience in public relations, business development, and strategy implementation.
“I am looking forward to better aligning marketing and business development and capitalizing on the RETTEW brand” in his new role, Barron said.
Residing in Lancaster, Barron enjoys attending sporting events with his two sons, as well as cooking gourmet dishes. He earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Penn State University in 1989. Barron serves on the board of directors of the Lancaster Osteopathic Health Foundation, and is a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services as well as Sales & Marketing Executives International, Inc.
