Louisville Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Stacie Grossfeld Delivers Keynote Lecture on ACL Injury at Baptist

ACL injury will be the topic of an upcoming keynote lecture by board certified orthopedic surgeon Dr. Stacie Grossfeld at Orthopaedic Specialists in Louisville KY. Slides from Dr. Grossfeld’s talk will be available on her website and YouTube.
 
Jan. 9, 2013 - PRLog -- Louisville orthopedic surgeon Dr. Stacie Grossfeld is featured as the keynote speaker for the "No Bones About It" Lecture Series at the Baptist Hospital East auditorium in Louisville, Kentucky, on Monday, January 21, 2013, from 5 - 6 p.m. EST.  The title of Dr. Grossfeld’s presentation is “The ACL Injury.”

As part of Baptist Hospital Louisville's effort to improve the health of the Louisville community, the hospital hosts a variety of health education programs open to health care professionals and to the broader community. Baptist Hospital’s education center includes 12 conference rooms and an auditorium that can seat up to 232 people.

Keynote speaker, Dr. Stacie Grossfeld, is an alumna of the University of Louisville’s School of Medicine. Dr. Grossfeld attended the University of Minnesota for her training in orthopedic surgery, and she also completed a special fellowship in sports medicine at the Fowler Kennedy Sports Medicine Center.

Dr. Grossfeld (see http://www.louisvillebones.com/grossfeld.htm) is a board certified orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine physician with her own medical practice, Orthopaedic Specialists PLLC, located at 4001 Kresge Way, Suite 330, in Louisville, Kentucky.

Dr. Grossfeld is committed to sharing her expertise in orthopedic medicine, orthopedic surgery and sports medicine with the broader Louisville community.  When she is not serving her patients at Orthopaedic Specialists, she spends time working as an orthopedic physician for the University of Louisville women's soccer team, the University of Louisville women's lacrosse team, and Indiana University Southeast. She also works with the South Oldham Dragons football team in Crestwood, Kentucky, and serves the dancers at the Louisville Ballet Company. Dr. Grossfeld is also looking forward to serving as the orthopedic physician at the upcoming 2013 Elite Cyclocross World Championships and the 2013 Masters Cyclocross World Championships January 28 through February 3, 2013, to be held at Louisville’s Eva Bandman Park.
