Hyatt Regency Saipan Celebrates International Day Of Italian Cuisine

Jan. 9, 2013 - PRLog -- Hyatt Regency Saipan is celebrating the IDIC (International Day of Italian Cuisine) from 17 to 31 January 2013. The IDIC was launched as a reaction against the forgery of Italian cuisine and products by itchefs-GVCI (Virtual Group of Italian Chefs), a network of 1,700 culinary professionals working in 70 countries.
For two weeks, Giovanni’s restaurant is serving a piece of heaven in your mouth, namely Tiramisù. During this period, Executive Chef Gabriele Colombo, an authentic master chef and a member of itchefs-GVCI, will present the most widely known dolce Italiano in the world – Tiramisù.
