Flagler Chamber to Host Installation Gala January 25

Jan. 8, 2013 - PRLog -- The Flagler County Chamber of Commerce & Affiliates will ring in a new year, while recognizing its directors January 25 at its annual Installation Celebration. Presented by Bright House Networks, the dazzling gala at the Hammock Beach Resort will be an upscale and unique mix of sparkle, elegance and down-home country fun.

The theme is Diamonds & Denim to welcome the Chamber's new chairman, Scott Sowers of S.E. Cline Construction, Inc. The attire for the evening will be a creative and eclectic combination of glamour, glitz and western wear. Need inspiration? Think Madison Avenue goes to the rodeo! You can dress up a pair of jeans with sequins and a Stetson, or dress down formal wear with your favorite pair of cowboy boots. The choice is yours.

The evening will begin at 6PM with cocktails and the opening of a silent auction filled with a glittering collection of overnight stays, jewelry, spa packages and other treasures, including an iPad mini. Following dinner, guests will welcome new directors, honor retiring ones, applaud 2012 award winners, collect silent auction treasures and dance to music from Pyramid's DJ Vern. One lucky guest will leave the gala with the ultimate treasure, a 1/4 carat diamond donated by Prata Jewelers.

All residents and neighbors are invited to join the Chamber for cocktails, dinner and a few surprises to honor board members and celebrate 2012 successes.
