Experient Hires Heidi Voorhees, MBA, CAE as Senior Vice President of Housing

Within this role, Voorhees will lead Experient’s housing sales and operations.
Voorhees’ background as an association executive overseeing meetings and events has proven her ability to identify issues, create opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Her senior level of experience will help ensure Experient’s unified registration and housing continues to grow at a record pace, allowing the company to further its leadership position within the association, tradeshow and government markets.

Voorhees comes to Experient from Institute of Food Technologists, organizer of the world’s largest annual food expo, where she served as Vice President of Meetings and Events and Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. Prior to that she was Managing Director for National Foundation for Judicial Excellence, Senior Director at Defense Research Institute, and Convention Manager at SmithBucklin
Corporation. She has served on numerous boards and has contributed countless hours to community service endeavors. She holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from Central Michigan University, and is an ASAE Certified Association Executive.
