Victory Coaching International founder brings Possibility Thinking to everyone, not just business leaders.
Patty Vogan is the founder of Victory Coaching International, a leadership and communications training company based in San Clemente, Calif. In that role she routinely speaks to CEOs, executives and board members about how to lead by design, not default; how to work with different cultures and mindsets; and how to motivate with inspiration, compassion and fun.
Vogan, a dedicated outdoorswoman who has long considered the ocean her hometown, often begins her program with the tale of leaving a successful career in marketing in favor of starting her own South Pacific scuba emporium and tour business on the Kingdom of Tonga.
Now, with Possibility:
While in Tonga, Vogan literally swam with sharks, fought raging marlins and rolled her tour boat through the jungle on coconut logs. But she made her dream happen, conquering obstacles with her mind before putting her plans into action.
She did it all with Possibility Thinking, and in her book, Vogan explains that concept to readers in a series of simple, useful and inspiring lessons, vigorous coaching sessions, and brief, witty “Voganisms”
Possibility is written in a laid-back island style, interweaving Vogan’s off-shore adventures with powerful ideas about making dreams come true anywhere, anytime.
Vogan, who holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology, is the co-author of Surf-VIVAL Handbook for Land & Sea, which uses surfing as a metaphor for life. She is the Chairperson of Vistage International and a former vice president of business development for the Ocean Institute.
A celebrated speaker, Patty Vogan (www.victorycoaching.com) is ready to share her thoughts on Possibility Thinking and is available for interviews regarding Possibility:
