With the new design in place Advantage BOSTON quickly realized a great increase in their mobile traffic and need to provide an optimized experience for these users. The company re-enlisted the help of Boston Interactive to take their redesign one step further and enhance their website with a responsive design.
The new website utilizes a responsive design to provide users with an optimized experience, regardless of device or browser size. The site automatically adjusts to the size of the user’s screen in order to cater to Advantage BOSTON’s mobile, tablet, and desktop users. In order to maintain the integrity of the design and architecture from the initial redesign, Boston Interactive developed a fluid layout that would display information and imagery as appropriate for the device. The responsive website features a new interactive space finder that allows users to find rooms at the convention centers best fit to their needs. Users can select a room from the dynamic floor plans or search according to their seating, capacity and event needs.
