“I heard about Capital Sign Solutions through a real estate broker,” said Powers. “When I contacted them, my development and signage plan was unfortunately incomplete. The entire Capital Sign Solution’s team went above and beyond the call of duty and worked with the city of Raleigh to get the plans developed and approved. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process, as well as the final outcome.”
Mills says that no signage project is the same and that each one comes with its own set of challenges and opportunities. Salonspace was no different.
“One of Michael’s locations was in Falls Ridge, which is a planned development district or PDD. In Raleigh, PDD’s are given a signage allowance that allows the landlord more square footage for signage. For reasons unknown, Falls Ridge had never prepared the necessary paperwork needed to tabulate the square footage allowance for its signs, so our team had to go to downtown Raleigh in order to assess and calculate every single sign in the development. It was a lengthy, but necessary process. Without this paperwork, we would never have gotten permits for salonspace’s signage. The entire project would have been a non-starter.”
Despite the unexpected obstacles, Powers said that Capital Sign Solutions delivered everything as promised and has already recommended the company to other colleagues.
