Jan. 7, 2013 - PRLog -- “Eat plenty of vegetables, avoid red meats and drink lots of water”, is the common quick recipe we all know about getting started to lose the extra weight we’re carrying around.  If we add to this a regular exercise routine, we’ll lose even more weight.

Trying to lose weight by just following the popular magazine diet recipes and going to any gym that is close by our home or office is not enough.
