STAR CJ alive is looking for its Top Chef

Jan. 7, 2013 - PRLog -- STAR CJ, the fastest growing home shopping channel in India, starts the hunt for its first super chef. It’s a contest which entails people all across India, to send in their entries in the form of a 5 min demonstration video of their signature recipes, and contend for a golden opportunity to be the star chef and co-host a cooking show on Star CJ. It provides a great opportunity for young, ambitious & budding chefs to kick start their career.

Star CJ Alive’s intiation has furnished a magnificent platform for young minds who are keen on making a successful career as a Chef on television and otherwise. Besides putting your culinary skills and knowledge for taste to test, this contest will be a stepping stone to success for those who aspire to be a part of the television world. Along with showcasing the utilities of many kitchen products available on Star CJ like cookware, kitchen appliances, microwave etc, the Top chef will also be able to present their own recipes. The most exciting and innovative chefs will be selected and they will show whether they’ve got the cooking skills to dazzle under the bright lights of the Top chef competition at Star CJ Alive.  

To participate, all you need to do is simply send in your 5 min video demonstrating your signature recipe to contest@starcj.com or upload it on Youtube and post the link on our Facebook page. The contest will run from 2nd to 25th January 2012.
