Retail Realm and Shift4 Corporation Announce New Partnership

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 7, 2013 - Retail Realm (http://www.rrdisti.com) and Shift4 Corporation (http://www.shift4.com) jointly announce their new partnership to expand and maximize payment processing solutions for Microsoft Dynamics AX. Under this agreement, Retail Realm will develop an integration between ‘AX for Retail’ and Shift4’s DOLLARS ON THE NET®, a powerful and comprehensive enterprise-wide payment processing solution that supports every major merchant type, including retail stores, hotels, restaurants, rental cars, ticketing, mail order/telephone order, e-Commerce and more.  Planned for release later this month, Retail Realm’s software integration provides Microsoft partners with a real-time payment gateway between AX and all major processors, enabling retailers to capitalize on high-speed connectivity, centralized control, lower costs, Application Service Provider (ASP) delivery, and neutrality.

Planned development for the Retail Realm–Shift4 Interface includes the following functionality: TrueTokenation® (Post-authorization data security), 4Go® (preauthorization data security), connectivity to all major banks/credit card processors in North America and the Caribbean, reduced transaction fees, P2PE (Point-to-Point Encryption), secure data transmission over wireless devices, Chip and PIN (EMV) support, signature capture devices, mobile wallet support (e.g., Google Wallet, ISIS), clerk-facing mobile capability, a gift card program, offline capabilities, and third-party check verification.
