New Fictional Account of the Fall of Satan and the War in Heaven Released
Asheville, NC- Over fifty percent of the world's population, including Jews, Muslims and Christians, believe that sin entered this world at the hands of angels, fallen from heaven, who rebelled against the rule of God and were cast down to Earth. Today, a new fictional account of this story was released.
Tail of the Dragon, the first book in the Fallen Trilogy, begins with the creation of a new group of arella. Two of the new creations, Ariel and Gadreel, become fast friends as they embark upon their seven years of training at the Angelic Academy. They live in a paradise and spend their days in contented camaraderie. But there are whispers of a previous rebellion and rumblings of discontent against the Kings. One of their housemates, Helel, becomes involved in a secret group that is engaged in specialized training. When Gadreel, too, becomes involved in the group, their friendship, and the Kingdom itself, is threatened.
Tail of the Dragon was written by Chad and Tim Reihm. The two brothers have partnered on many projects in the past, including a health marketing company and a medical journal. This is their first attempt at co-writing a book.
'I have often wondered how angels, living in heaven, were able to become corrupted and fall. Accounts from the Bible and other religious texts say very little about the event. The Fallen Trilogy is an attempt to create a narrative framework were such an event can be understood. It also offers a great way to explore issues related to the relationship between science and religion and the limitations of free will,' explained Tim.
Tail of the Dragon takes on difficult questions related to the nature of sin, the origins of the universe, and the reasons why an omniscient God allows for temptation and corruption.
'Tim and I have worked on projects together since we were kids. He's a marketer and writer and I'm a medical doctor. Together we are able to bring radically different points of view and skill sets to our work. We both believe that the issues we explore in this series are the most important that can be taken on. We are proud and excited about about this trilogy,' said Chad.
By Demons Be Driven, book two of the series, continues the story after the fall and is set for release during the summer of 2013. Book three, Oceans of Fire, details the war's conclusion and will be released during the spring of 2014.
