Michele Hoyt has joined Phillips DiPisa, a retained executive search firm serving the health

Ms. Hoyt has more than 25 years of executive recruiting experience.  Since 2006, she has worked at Spencer Stuart, where she conducted executive searches for healthcare organizations.

Prior, Ms. Hoyt worked for Witt/Kieffer, Ford, Hadelman & Lloyd, a retained executive search.  There, she managed client recruiting engagements primarily in the healthcare industry.  Ms. Hoyt also developed new business, and managed recruiters and staff working on search engagements.

Ms. Hoyt began her career as an executive search professional in 1986.  She brings significant experience managing C-suite recruiting engagements across the broad spectrum of healthcare services.  These include health systems, hospitals, academic healthcare organizations, physician practices, and other healthcare-related companies.

Ms. Hoyt is actively involved on several not-for-profit boards and is a graduate of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.
