-- The Arthritis Show had an unusual guest, Zoë A Lewis, MD, Internist and Hospice and Palliative Medicine specialist to discuss dementia, the impact of Obamacare, changes to Medicare for the elderly. Dr. Lewis is an internationally recognized author and speaker on Alzheimer’s disease and topics on care giving for those with a serious illness. Her books, “I hope they know….The Essential Handbook on Alzheimer’s Disease and Care,” and the spanish translation are recognized by the National Alzheimer’s Association and National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.

She is going into her 5th year of programs dedicated to caregivers featuring recognized guests from AARP, NHPCO, many universities, recognized authors and individuals in the field of end of life care and caregiving.
