Bureau Veritas renews certification for Over the Word

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 4, 2013 - We make no bones about it: Over the Word is proud of the fact that, in 2011, it became the first French legal and translation agency to be awarded the Bureau Veritas Certitrad certification for quality of service in translation companies. The certification process lasts three years, during which Veritas conducts annual audits to check whether the company is continuing to implement the Certitrad guidelines and maintain a high standard of customer service. Over the Word has just passed one of these interim audits with flying colours, with no non-conformities detected by Bureau Veritas.
