Lindsay Wagner is a global humanitarian known for her support of social issues and on the screen, known for her role as "The Bionic Woman" in the 1970's hit television show.
"The Taking of Flight 847" is a groundbreaking film, based on a true story about terrorism, and is perhaps more relevant today then when it was released in 1988.
The Director's Playhouse is dedicated to delivering valuable classes, workshops, seminars and opportunities that enhance the experience of actors, writers and other creative artists working in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles. This event is the kick-off to a number of special events and classes featuring high-profile guests in 2013.
After the film, there will be a Q&A where Lindsay will share some behind the scenes stories about the controversial issues involved in making this film, as well as a post-screening reception in the main lobby of the Studio.
Half of all proceeds will be donated to the Red Cross to help those affected by Hurricane Sandy.
