Professionally trained in Santiago, Chile, Chef Cristian Vargas will prepare gourmet meals each evening while sharing his knowledge & enthusiasm for cooking outdoors. Vargas first combined his passion for gastronomy and the outdoors as head chef at a fly-fishing lodge on the Futaleufu River in Chile.
