Avison Young’s New England office has relocated to 200 State Street, Boston, MA

Jan. 3, 2013 - PRLog -- Boston, MA – Rick Kimball, Managing Director and Principal of Avison Young, North America’s largest independently-owned commercial real estate services company, announced today that the company’s Boston office will be relocating to 200 State Street in Boston’s Financial District.

Avison Young’s consolidation of two offices, into one, at this central and prominent location provides ample space for our growth while bringing our downtown team of experts into one facility.  The lease transaction closed in December, 2012.  Following a brief stay on the fourth floor we will then move into our newly designed space on the 7th floor, Suite 700.  

Avison Young New England has consolidated 17 of its employees at 200 State Street. Over the past two years, the office has grown from five to more than 30 employees with additional growth projected for 2013.  In addition to its head office, the company’s New England operations include a suburban office location at 16 New England Executive Park in Burlington, MA, the newly acquired Walsh companies office at 99 Summer Street in Boston, and a Connecticut office at 35 Elm Street in New Haven.
