Coach Chris is a competitive CrossFitter, coaches regional level CrossFitters and has spent time training/learning from national level Olympic Lifting Coaches.

After successfully building a thriving CrossFit community in Ketchikan, Coach Chris recently left the gym in good hands after deciding to return to Seattle.
Owner/Coach Peter Hong is a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer and a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach. In addition to CrossFit Paramount, Coach Peter oversees Cascade CrossFit's Sunday Strength & Technique class where he utilizes his eye for technique in Olympic Weightlifting to help members learn the world of Olympic Weightlifting and how it can benefit their CrossFit WODS.
