Jan. 2, 2013 - PRLog -- Hansford Sensors (http://www.hansfordsensors.com/) will be showcasing its latest vibration monitoring products at Maintec 2013 (http://www.easyfairs.com/events_216/maintec-2013_30206/maintec-2013_30207/visitors_30208/exhibitor-catalogue_30218/stand/378854/) - Stand number D5. Among the new products on show will be, for the first time in the UK, the new HS-109 Triaxial accelerometer, which allows three axes to be monitored simultaneously, plus a new version of the company’s spot facing tool, which has been re-engineered to extend its operating life even further.

The HS-109 Triaxial industrial vibration sensor (http://www.hansfordsensors.com/assets/Uploads/Datasheets/HS109_2.pdf) can be used either offline or as a permanently mounted sensor.  It is supplied with an IP67 stainless steel housing as standard, is available with an M12 connector and can be configured at different levels of sensitivity, for use in a diverse range of applications, at operating temperatures from -55 to +140ºC.  With its ability to read three axes simultaneously, the HS-109 can save considerable time in both setup and operation, while providing extremely accurate and consistent measurement.

Hansford Sensors’ latest spot facing tool, supplied as part of a spot facing installation kit (http://www.hansfordsensors.com/products/mounting-studs-an...), features a specially designed long-life tungsten tip, which provides considerably extended wear capacity.

Each spot facing installation kit allows maintenance engineers to install vibration sensors quickly and easily, ensuring that subsequent readings are accurate, with consistent results.  Each kit includes: tapping drill, taps, tap wrench and spot facing tool, in a robust carrying case; three versions of the kit are available for ¼, M6 and M8 mounting threads.

Hansford Sensors will also be using Maintec to promote its complete range of existing industrial accelerometers.  These include standard sensors, for use with all rotating and reciprocating equipment, plus submersible and ATEX approved and sensors for specialised applications, multi-sensor switch boxes, vibration sensor modules, portable vibration meters and condition monitoring protection systems.
