Jim Cathcart is the original author of “Relationship Selling”, a book originally published in 1985 and subsequently published by Putnam Penguin. Though the concept encountered much resistance at first, through Jim’s persistence and creativity it has now become a part of the sales lexicon worldwide. The book Relationship Selling has been published in scores of languages around the world and became a bestseller in many markets. It is now in use as company training and college textbooks.
Mr. Cathcart has written 16 books and created an entire series of books on the various elements of Relationship Selling. He is a Hall of Fame professional speaker and past president of the National Speakers Association. His consulting and coaching clients are a Who’s Who of the corporate world and he is still vitally active today as a keynote speaker and organizational consultant. On the personal side, Jim Cathcart is also a Rock & Roll Guitarist, Singer/Songwriter and an avid mountain trail runner.
