No self-respecting Tudor manor house would not be without one ghost of exception is the White Lady. She is said to walk around the Great Hall, Star Chamber and the grounds holding a candle. There have been numerous suggestions as to who the White Lady could be, she could be Queen Elizabeth I's favourite Maid of Honour, Margaret Radclyffe, who died in 1599 from a broken heart following the death of her brother.

On a previous visit to Orsdall hall many years ago Stuart and Rosey, Simply Ghost Nights proprietors and owners encountered some amazing table tipping in the Great Hall , the spirit they were communicating with was said to be a guard of the house from the 18th century.
