Fountain Hills, az - This Valentine’s Day Sami Fine Jewelry plans to take over a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records! On Thursday, February 14th 2013, Sami Fine Jewelry will host “Love in the Hills”, the largest wedding vow renewal ceremony in the world!

On June 20th 2009, the "Miami Merger Moment" in Florida renewed the vows of 1087 couples. Stephenie Bjorkman, owner of Sami Fine Jewelry and deemed "the queen of marketing", claims Sami Fine Jewelry's 2013 event Love in the Hills will crush that record.

Bjorkman is currently working day and night to assemble her troop of local businesses to help create this amazing event. The Town of Fountain Hills has donated the Fountain Hills Park as the ceremony location. The park features over 35 acres of grass, and has been named one of the most beautiful wedding locations in Arizona. “The Fountain Hills park is the perfect location for the vow renewal ceremony. Not only is it beautiful, but the park can easily hold thousands of people”, says Bryan Hughes, Supervisor of Recreation for the Town of Fountain Hills. “Besides, who wouldn’t want to renew their vows with the World Famous Fountain in the background?” exclaims Hughes.

Larry James, minister, relationship coach, and the author of the book “How to Really Love the One You’re With” (his book was featured on The View) has stepped up as the minister of the event. Larry has married over 600 couples. “I can’t wait to make this the largest celebration of love in history,” say James.

Wedding planner, and local florist Jerrod Alcaida from Nonny’s has also joined the team by offering their services for all participants. “As the event get’s closer, who knows how big the vow renewal ceremony will get. Weddings and flowers are what I do best, so I am just thrilled to be involved” say's Alcaida.

Fort McDowell Casino has jumped on board and plans to provide an amazing after party for the couples at the Casino!
