Buick Introduces the New 2013 Enclave, Now Available At McGrath Buick GMC Cadillac

The 2013 Enclave, which made its public debut at the New York Auto Show earlier this year, is now available to the public with refined style, advanced technological features, and enhanced safety features.

The Enclave boasts a number of next generation technologies, including the Buick IntelliLink system standard on all models. This system provides improved wireless connectivity and the security and safety features of OnStar. Handsfree calling is also included, made possible with Bluetooth and voice command technology. A high-resolution touch screen control and display, with USB port and satellite radio come standard as well. Additionally, mobile phones can be integrated via Bluetooth to provide Internet radio with Pandora or Stitcher.


After being selected as a Top Safety Pick by the IIHS in 2012, Buick added even more features, such as a front center airbag, an unprecedented restraint system that adds even more front passenger and driver protection. Also standard are sophisticated features including StabiliTrak, traction control, a rear-vision camera, and a brake assist system. For the first time the Enclave will also ship with an optional blind spot alert system and rear cross traffic alert, which use radar to sense hazards that the driver may not see.


Buick also focused extensively on refining the vehicle’s already distinctive style. A new front fascia with LED running lights, LED accent lighting, Xenon HID headlights, and a new black-chrome waterfall grille distinguish the front end. 19 and 20-inch aluminum wheels add a bit of rolling flair, while the rear end also gets an new fascia with integrated exhaust outlets and LED lights.


The Buick Enclave will continue to be available in both front and all-wheel drive versions. It is powered by a direct injection 3.6L V6 with an upgraded six-speed automatic transmission. Buick uses its unique QuietTuning engineering to make the ride smooth and quiet at all times.
