Parenting Workshop in Oakland, CA on Redirecting Children's Behavior

Dec. 26, 2012 - PRLog -- The Redirecting Children's Behavior parenting workshop, which educates parents on parenting skills for children ages toddler to teens, is presented by The Renaissance International School's founder and head of school, Leslie Hites.

This eight-week parenting workshop, which teaches parenting techniques, is held at The Renaissance International School in Oakland, California's Dimond District.

The dates for the next parenting course eight-week session are:
Tuesdays, 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm.
January 15, 22, 29
February 5, 12, 26
March 5, 12

In the parenting course, parents will learn parenting techniques that will help them to:
-Reduce arguing, scolding, reminding and yelling
-Feel positive about parenting skills
-Promote change in your children's behavior
-Promote agreement on discipline with your spouse

Parents will find that children benefit from this parenting workshop by gaining:
-Self responsibility and good decision making skills

The parenting workshop classes are held at 3618 Dimond Avenue, Oakland in the upstairs auditorium.

The cost for the workshop is:
$125 per parent of The Renaissance School community
$175 per couple of The Renaissance School community
$299 per guest parent
$495 per two guest parents
The fee includes workbook and reference book.
