Impowersoft updates training for Aspire

PRLog (Press Release) - Dec. 25, 2012 - Impowersoft has updated the training for its flagship insurance agency management system, Aspire.  Using advanced software, Impowersoft has automated some parts of training through videos and audio recorded from actual training sessions.  This allows new users of Aspire to complete training at their own pace and gives new users of the insurance agency management software more flexibility as well.

Previously, Impowersoft hosted live training sessions, usually with multiple insurance agencies attending to learn about the new insurance agent software.  If key employees were absent, this could potentially have adverse effects on the training for that insurance agency.  By recording and automating training sessions for the Aspire insurance agency management system, missing employees can catch up at their own pace.  Insurance agencies no longer have to fit their schedule around Impowersoft’s training sessions or coordinate with other insurance agencies, they can host their own training for the insurance agency management software to best fit their operating schedule and agency workload.

In addition, this new training format improves training consistency for insurance agencies.  While training for the Aspire insurance agency management system follows a script, the script only highlights important training points, and the trainers typically improvise the actual training sessions with insurance agencies.  The new training videos make training for the insurance CRM software more consistent for everyone, however the script can be refined and updated as new features of the insurance agency management software are implemented.  This also allows insurance agencies to return for training on the newest features of the insurance agency management system without having to schedule a session with Impowersoft or potentially interrupt important business days.

Impowersoft’s new video training modules have greatly improved how insurance agencies are trained.  It allows insurance agencies to train themselves on the insurance agency management system at their own pace and not be constricted by coordinated times through Impowersoft.  In addition, this allows Impowersoft to train user insurance agencies more consistently on the insurance agency management software since all insurance agencies would receive the same training.
