2013 balloons fall from the ceiling to ring in the New Year

HYATT REGENCY JEJU [DECEMBER 24, 2012] Everything is ready for the New Year’s Countdown Party on 31 December 2012 at Hyatt Regency Jeju to say goodbye to 2012 and say hello to 2013. A festive Happy New Year Buffet on 31 December 2012 will be served at Terrace Café from 6pm to 10pm. Guests who enjoy the holiday’s delights are welcome to participate in the New Year’s Eve raffle, which starts at 7pm. Random contestants of the lucky draw will have the chance to win stays at Hyatt hotels all around world and other amazing prizes. At the hotel lobby lounge Julien Gonzalvez, the general manger, and executive members of Hyatt Regency Jeju will pick the lucky winners starting from 9pm and lasting until 11pm, while the in-house duo and a special Nanta performance by Jeju Island children provide entertainment. To finally ring in the New Year, the New Year’s Eve Countdown Party will take place. Everyone in the lobby will cheer and celebrate the New Year together, as 2013 balloons fall from the atrium-style ceiling.

See in 2013 in style, as all hotel guests are invited to witness the first new dawn of the New Year. On 1 January, Hyatt Regency Jeju presents a New Year morning at Beach Cabana, located right in front of Jungmun beach.  From 6:30 am, Beach Cabana will be filled with wish balloons, each containing a New Year wish card, which will fly away as the sun rises for the first time in 2013. Stay warm in the chilly weather with a complimentary hot Jeju seasonal tea, coffee or sparkling wine, along with a light continental buffet snack including rice-cake soup.
