Handels Securities Partner C. Trade Group of Companies and BARD Forms Joint Venture Company

Handels Securities, Ltd. will be joining C.Trade Group of Companies as the financial institution in the funding of all future projects of the Joint venture starting in the beginning of January 2013.

Dec. 25, 2012 - PRLog -- November 27, 2012 Newswire: C. Trade Group of Companies and BARD, a commercial scale algae research and production company, have formed a joint venture to be named C. Trade-BARD, Inc. (CTBI) on November 2, 2012. CTBI will be engaged in the research, managing, development and commercialization of algae strains for the production of biofuels, nutraceutical, medicines and cosmetic products utilizing BARD’s patent pending and award-winning algae technology. CTBI will initially be focused in algae technology to produce algae biomass and algae oil which will initially produce enhanced biofuels. Additionally, C. Trade has introduced the Bi-AgraTM plant enhancement product line of the California Company- Green Mountain Development Corp (GMND). Since this proven product is based on live active bacteria which can be manufactured under a license agreement in existing sites of CTBI.  CTBI will be branding and marketing BARD’s various algae based end products under the name of “alZproTM”.  

The CTBI has a unique market position based on its technology leadership coupled with C. Trade’s expertise and investments in the petroleum and pharmaceutical sectors worldwide. CTBI is positioning to give a fast-track roll-out of BARD’s products with the combined CTBI expertise.
