The company services three areas of Australia; Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. The company also offers two different types of services. Full catering and crockery for hire.
Full catering includes all the crockery. Tea cup trios; cups, saucers and side plates. Tiered stands, tea pots, serving platters, sugar bowls, milk jugs and crystal tipped teaspoons. All crockery is fine china and features a beautiful, detailed pattern.
The catering service also includes a wide selection of teas for the guests to choose from or the hostess can choose a few to serve. Samples of teas they serve are Organic English Tea, Hot Cinnamon Spice, Earl Grey Supreme, Mint Verbena Herbal, Organic Green and Pomegranate Oolong.
The hostess will be able to choose from a variety light foods for the high tea party. Ribbon sandwiches, tarts, scones with preserves and sweets.
Ribbon sandwiches offered are minted cucumber, leg lamb, poached chicken or smoked salmon. All sandwiches are made with a variety of exquisite spreads. Tarts are mushroom and thyme, spinach and feta, ham and leek or smoked salmon and dill. Sweets range from lemon to chocolate.
The catering includes the delivery, set-up and collection. A representative will come to your event and beautifully set-up your high tea service. She will ensure that your tea and light food is ready and presented stylishly. The representative will also do all the clean up. As a hostess there is no need to lift a finger, everything is taken care of.
