Feed Teeth Problem
Always make sure that there are no pieces of thread, lint and fluff in the feed teeth. Also vital that you keep your eyes peeled for signs of damage on each corner of the feed teeth. The material often gets snagged if one or more corners are chipped or cracked.
One more thing that you should examine properly is the points of the feed teeth. They might become dull overtime, especially when they hit the presser feet all too often. When those points get dull, fabric tends to pucker or stitch length becomes uneven. All told, defective feed teeth must be replaced if you want smooth operation of your machine.
Noisy Viking Machine
