The event will feature live music from noon to ‘til close with performances by Wonderama Band, Brooke Eden, Tom Jackson, Felix Moss and the Easy People Band and the Sweeney Family Band Country Comedy Revue. The Busch Wildlife Sanctuary is a non-profit organization was originally founded in 1983 dedicated to the protection and conservation of Florida’s wildlife and natural resources. To accomplish this goal the Sanctuary has a two-fold mission of wildlife rehabilitation and environmental education. Today, the Busch Wildlife Sanctuary provides free comprehensive medical and rehabilitative care to over 5,000 wild animal patients each year with the ultimate goal of returning the recovered animals to their natural habitats. The Sanctuary is open Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 4:30 pm and is located at 2500 Jupiter Park Drive in Jupiter, FL.
The Humane Society of the Treasure Coast is the designated charity for a new professional tennis tournament, the USTA Tesoro Women’s Challenger, the newest event on the USTA’s Women’s Pro Circuit. The event will span 8 days; the qualifying tournament will be January 13, 14, 15, 2013 and the Main Draw January 15 – 20. The event is being held at one of the premier tennis clubs in the area, The Racquet Club at Tesoro.
