Dodge's All-Wheel Drive Charger Will Receive a New Sport Package

The Sport package will be available on SXT, SXT Plus, R/T, and R/T Plus trims and includes features such as unique 19-inch wheels, a gloss black grille, a body-colored rear spoiler, and even more inside. Once drivers get behind the wheel, they'll notice the addition of paddle shifters and sport seating (with cloth or leather upholstery, depending on the trim level). The eight-speed transmission will also be redesigned with a sport setting tuned for a more aggressive driving profile.


The 2013 Charger engine has been redesigned and optimized to produce up to 300 hp thanks to a new cold air intake and exhaust system. This has the added benefit of raising the fuel economy up to an EPA-estimated 27 highway mpg.
