RecruitMilitary to Produce Veteran Jobs Event in Tampa on January 17

Dec. 21, 2012 - PRLog -- Cincinnati, OH – The military-to-civilian recruitment firm RecruitMilitary will produce a hiring event for military veterans at Raymond James Stadium, home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the University of South Florida Bulls, on Thursday, January 17. The event will run from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. RecruitMilitary is inviting veterans who already have civilian work experience, men and women who are transitioning from active duty to civilian life, members of the National Guard and reserves, military spouses, and other military family members.

RecruitMilitary expects more than 40 employers, franchisors, educational institutions, and government agencies to reserve exhibitor booths at the Expo. Already signed up are American Income Life Insurance Company, Borrell Electric Company Inc., Career Path Media Group Inc., Cummins Power South LLC, the Defense Intelligence Agency, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, First Command Financial Planning, FirstLight Homecare, Georgia College of Construction, Grow Financial Federal Credit Union, Heavy Construction Academy, Lowe’s Companies Inc., Matco Tools, National Language Services Corps, New York Life, The Art Institutes, The Waggoners Trucking, TriNet, Union Institute and University, Universal Studios, WESCO, Waste Management Inc., and WyoTech.

RecruitMilitary will produce the Expo in cooperation with The American Legion (http://www.legion.org), an association of veterans who served during times of war. The Legion has 2.4 million members in nearly 14,000 posts throughout the world.
