PRLog - Dec. 20, 2012 - GADSDEN, Ala. -- On Wednesday December 19th, Target Auction Company sold Alabama's Shoal Creek Farm for $1.2m. The 754 acre property achieved 94% of asking price with 23 registered bidders competing for ownership.

It was the company's second Alabama farm sold in the fourth quarter with Walnut Grove's 477 acre Stick Star Plantation also selling for $1.2m and closing in less than 30 days.
"We have seen a strong demand for these type of properties in 2012 and expect to see that continue in 2013" said Target's President Dewey Jacobs.
