Christopher J. Lane Joins The Denver Office Of Snell & Wilmer

Dec. 20, 2012 - PRLog -- Mr. Lane’s practice is concentrated in commercial finance matters, including asset based and real estate financing transactions. He has provided general corporate advice to diverse clientele including technology companies, manufacturers, commercial landlords and other established Colorado businesses with up to $100 million in annual revenue.

Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Mr. Lane was a corporate and real estate associate at a business law firm in Boulder, Colorado. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Lane worked as a Student Attorney for the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic at the University of Colorado School of Law and was a Founder and Project Manager for Outlaw Technologies.

Mr. Lane is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of Colorado and the United States District Court, District of Colorado. He is a member of the State Bar of Colorado and Boulder County Bar Association where he is currently on the Board of Directors and a former chair of the Business Law Section.

Mr. Lane graduated magna cum laude with his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from the University of Albany, and earned his juris doctorate from the University of Colorado School of Law.
