Toyota Offers World’s First In-Console Wireless Charger| Ramey Toyota

Dec. 20, 2012 - PRLog -- PRINCETON, WEST VIRGINIA –Toyota recently unveiled the world’s first in-console Qi wireless charger for phones and other devices, available in gasoline and hybrid versions for the 2013 Avalon Limited.

Any Qi-enabled device can be charged inside the new 2013 Toyota Avalon Limited by placing them on, or near, any Qi-enabled surface. Qi-certified devices consist of a wide range of products, including: smartphones, Blu-Ray Disc recorders, alarm clocks, docking speakers and gaming controllers. This advanced technology eliminates the need for wires or connectors and will enhance the user experience.

In addition to the newest Avalon models including upgraded technology packages, consumers will also have the option of including the Toyota Hybrid Synergy Drive for improved fuel efficiency.
