PRLog -- IMI Design holds true to a philosophy that sustainable design can also be smart, functional, and luxurious, not cold and uninviting. That is why IMI does not compromise good design to incorporate green products. IMI is a corporate member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and features award winning, LEED accredited designers. LEED, which stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is an internationally recognized green building program that provides a framework for implementing practical and measurable green building design, operations, construction, and maintenance. With IMI Design, projects are LEED certified and incorporate local and regional materials, as well as recycled and biodegradable materials. These materials go into innovative, original designs by IMI which work with nature, not against it.
IMI Design, LLC. was established in 1992 by Anita Lang who serves as CEO and a lead designer. IMI has successfully attracted some of the region's most talented design professionals with NCIDQ (National Council Interior Design Qualification)
certification and LEED (Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design) certification. The team of designers is equipped to create design solutions for both commercial and residential projects. IMI designers work throughout the south western region with licensing and/or certification in Arizona, California, and New Mexico.
