Dec. 20, 2012 - RateMyPeople.com has officially launched a social networking website for rating work performance. What a good idea! With a few clicks RateMyPeople.com allows members to invite their entire contact list including clients, partners and vendors within the advertising community, to rate the customer service experience; this will give a deeper insight into companies and their employees.
In a perfect world this would work well and customer service`s would improve on the reflection of our comments but there is a chance of dislike between a customer and employee and this of course could be personal and nothing to do with customer service at work. However, this of course is the same for any type of review – one person’s experience will vary from another’s.
There are many aspects to RateMyPeople (
http://ratemypeople.com/), you may want to rate the restaurant local to you for serving up a mouth-watering steak or rate a company you once worked for who provided new and great ideas for keeping the work force happy. I do believe this could be a great way forward giving employers and employees the chance to improve for the future.
