Ms. Bulger was most recently Global Lead and Sector Senior Director of Strategic Planning, Market and Business Intelligence for Philips Healthcare. She has progressively built career experience as a revenue generator with P&L responsibility in a variety of operational functions across the business continuum where she consistently drove the application of competitive intelligence as a foundational and critical competency and discipline. A consummate international team builder, Ms. Bulger has led global professionals through times of change and crisis in the creation and successful implementation of full scale strategic plans, market strategies, and competitive and business intelligence analytics programs. She has a B.S. in Physics/Environmental Science from Bridgewater State University, an M.B.A. in Strategy and Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University, and an Executive Certificate in Strategic Risk and Uncertainty from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
