Taking the practical driving test in your own car is not a difficult task if it meets certain rules specified by the motor driving office. If your car fails to meet these requirements on the day of practical test, the driving test will not be conducted and the amount will not be given back.

Taking the practical driving test in your own car is possible if the car is insured for you to drive. The proof must be submitted to the driving test examiner and you are required to sign a declaration form to clarify that the vehicle is insured. 5. The car must have interior mirror and additional interior rear view mirror for the examiners use.

1. Some cars use space-saver tyres for temporary purpose. Examiners do not allow such cars for the practical driving tests.
