Suretelcom is a subsidiary of the international telecommunication company Timeturns Holdings that currently operates, or has licenses in Nepal, Cambodia, Burundi, Tanzania, Sierra Leone and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Uganda is the newest addition to the Timeturns portfolio and strengthens their presence in the region.
