About Michael N. Schwartz
Michael has more than 30 years of experience working in a multitude of tax related areas. Most notably, he has extensive international tax experience with a great deal of concentration in financial services and capital markets. His industry experience extends from hedge funds to banking, insurance, manufacturing, and advertising. He has also executed the preparation and review of tax returns and tax provisions for public and private corporations, including consolidated groups, large partnership returns, and high net-worth individuals. Michael holds Series 3, 7, 24, 27, and 63 licenses.
Michael received his BS in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and his MS in Taxation from Drexel University. He is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and is also a member of the AICPA’s International Tax Advisory Committee. He is on the Business and Industrial Advisory Committee for the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development. In addition, he is a member of the International Fiscal Association. Michael participates in various lectures and conference presentations for International Tax Association, World Trade Institute, FSC/Disc Tax Association and Global Educational Strategies
