VIVE PATIENT CASE STUDY – “The procedure has basically changed my life”

Dec. 17, 2012 - PRLog -- Following two caesareans and some time living with the aesthetic and physical after-effects of those procedures, Mrs Lightly contacted the Vive cosmetic surgery service at the Oaks Hospital in Colchester. The caesarean scars had left behind troublesome wounds which had not properly healed. The extent of the discomfort had become very hard to live with, particularly in hot weather when the skin became macerated, putting Mrs Lightly in a great deal of discomfort.

After a consultation with Mr Griffiths, Consultant Plastic Surgeon, and considering the available surgical options, Mrs Lightly underwent cosmetic surgery at the Oaks Hospital, removing excess and unsightly skin. Mrs Lightly was more than delighted with the results, saying she couldn’t be happier.

After my procedure, Mr Griffiths was there checking I was ok and all the nursing staff were brilliant too. I felt totally looked after and in safe hands and was very excited the procedure had been a success.
