PRLog - Dec. 17, 2012 - Mimic of a Mind was formed in 2004 by Jonathon Baumann, right after he graduated from high school. Back when he first started his musical journey, his sound had a darker/angrier energy. As time progressed, so did his look on life and so did his music. His recent albums have more positive, uplifting and emotional energy and he is spreading this magic to audiences everywhere. With plenty to say, Mimic of a Mind has already released 27 full-length albums and isn't stopping anytime soon.
Mimic of A Mind
Mimic of a Mind is happy to announce the release of "Living The Life". This album is filled with great songs such as "Children in Adult Shoes", "You're Amazing" and "When I Heard".
“Children in Adult Shoes" is about those adults that do not want to grow up. It has a great hip hop beat to it. It is smooth with great lyrics, lighthearted and fun to listen to.
“You're Amazing" is a very uplifting song filled with great harmony, a nice snappy beat and it carries more of a pop feel to it.
“When I Heard" is upbeat with a theme that is truly heartfelt. It carries a message that might make you shed a tear. It has a quick-tempo, contains great lyrics and with catchy verses. This song is dedicated to Austin Melville, boyfriend of a friend named Katie who lost his life to a drunk driver.
Each of these songs has a certain energy and message to them. One only needs to listen with their hearts to find the answers that might have been lurking in the midst. These songs are powerful and emotional and are indicative of the entire album. These songs are radio friendly, memorable and sustainable in this industry.

“I will never stop creating the music that I do and I feel like I am more dedicated to this style of art than anyone I've ever known. My music will only get better and I will most likely continue to release an album or two every year until something larger than life happens. I am dedicated to this passion.”
