Curtain Call Expands National Sales Team

PRLog (Press Release) - Dec. 17, 2012 - Curtain Call® has always set the industry standard for outstanding customer service. In its latest effort to take customer service to a whole new level, Curtain Call has begun to strategically place Relationship Managers around the country to build strong working relationships with its customers.

All of the Relationship Managers are former dancers and experts in their field, creating a unique experience for the customer.  Whether it's helping customers with a song idea, selecting costumes for an upcoming performance, or outfitting dancers with custom warm-ups, Curtain Call Relationship Managers are ready to help.

“The customer response to this initiative has been overwhelming,” said Bryan Kelley, Curtain Call Director of Sales.  “We have a great team of eight Relationship Managers out in the field providing personalized customer service, and we are excited to continue our national expansion of this program.”

During the 2012 year, Curtain Call has added Relationship Managers in the following territories: Virginia, North Carolina and W. Virginia; Pennsylvania and Maryland; Greater Atlanta; Connecticut and Northern New York City; Rhode Island and Boston; Northeastern PA, Philadelphia, New Jersey and Delaware; Indiana, Wisconsin and Illinois; and Houston.  More territories will be added in the near future as Curtain Call determines the locations that will best be served by its Relationship Manager program.
