Statistics compiled across all of the 14 Classic-managed resorts revealed the following:
97.3% of guests said their holiday experience met and/or exceeded their expectations
91.4% said their holiday experience exceeded their expectations
91% said they would return to their resort in the future
92.2% would recommend their resort to family/friends
Other topics covered in the survey identified items such as whether staff was helpful and courteous (98.5% said yes) and whether their reservation was handled promptly, courteously and efficiently (98.2% said yes).
Such strong endorsements from members and guests prove that the company’s customer-centric philosophy has resulted in delighted holiday-makers according to Classic Holidays CEO Ramy Filo.

These survey results validate the industry acknowledgments received earlier this year as Classic Holidays took home national and international awards, rewarding the company’s outstanding customer service efforts.
The Australian Timeshare and Holiday Ownership Council awarded Classic its Excellence in Service and Resort Managers of the Year awards, while Perspective Magazine presented them with its annual international award for Best Management Company.
